Nobel Laureate exhorts more than 4000 girls at Banasthali to join 100 million campaign

On 6th October 2019, Nobel Peace Laureate Mr. Kailash Satyarthi visited Banasthali Vidyapith and was mesmerized by the talent and enthusiasm of students. A plethora of activities that displayed the dexterity of the girls like horseriding, shooting, cultural dance, cultural songs, innovative science projects in the arena of Robotics etc;, left everyone spellbound. A special screening of The Price of Free was also held at the venue with more than 4000 girls in attendance who pledged for free, safe and educated childhoods as part of the 100 Million for 100 Million campaign. During the event, Mr. Satyarthi remarked that the future of India is girl power. He also said that the fingers which are at the triggers of rifles, at the sitar or tabla, or making robots do their bidding with a click on a computer; are the strongest fingers in the world.
